Pre-ordered back when it first released so its fairly used but still in great condition both appearance wise and usability wise. Has a few scratches on the top (nothing too deep/intense) and a bit of sticker residue that can be cleaned off if you have the right supplies. I tried to do my best with cleaning off what I could. Comes with original box, but the original controller got misplaced during a move. Includes 4 games: Black Ops 3, Borderlands 3, Dark souls 2, and Bloodborne, along with a basic grey dualshock 4 and all of the wires for the console/charger for the controller.
