Pre-ordered back when it first released so its fairly used but still in great condition both appearance wise and usability wise. Comes with original box, but the controller got misplaced during a move. Includes 4 games: Black Ops 3, Borderlands 3, Dark souls 2, and Bloodborne, along with a basic grey dualshock 4 and all of the wires for the console/charger for the controller.
