I dug out the Wii to play some GameCube games. One of the controllers drifts right (character automatically moves right) and one drifts up. The black GCN controller has been cleaned inside and out fully, tried to fix it without replacing anything, put it back and it works just the same as it did. I didn't bother with the purple one. These are authentic GCN controllers I have had for many years. The black is in good condition and the purple is in slightly worn condition. The stick tops look less clean IRL than the pics (but have been cleaned with isopropyl alcohol).
