Original version Playstation 4 500GB console with power cords (for both console & controller) and HDMI cable. Console has minor cosmetic scratches and case has been disassembled a couple times over the years to remove intake vent/fan dust buildup (helps fan noise and lifespan). Works wonderfully. Controller is worn with cosmetic scratches but works. Has replacement pads on thumbsticks. Comes with two games: Dark Souls III, and No Man's Sky.
